This week Alternative Armies has added four new codes to its 'Bits and Sprues' range of battlefield accessories.
These are a firm favourite with players of Flintloque and Slaughterloo and are used for several aspects of wargaming.
They can be used to adorn miniatures to give them a more unique look. They can be used as part of a conversion or scratch build of a miniature to make them truly special.
They can also be used as parts of a diorama or scatter terrain giving more emphasis to that piece of terrain.
So what are we adding to the Pastry Pies, Exotic Fruit, Tankards, Feathers and Pistols in the range. Read on....

Incoming DH10 Dwarf Bombard

Not often I feel pity for the lesser races. No not often at all. But when the Hold makes out onto the open fields with the sky above them and our warriors arrayed in all their splendour and the mountains at our backs I do feel some pity. Those Orcish or Manling vermin will not only have to get through our iron ranks and our magickes but also our artillery. Pity comes to me as I watch the bombards be loaded with the powder that makes fire and then with the lead balls inscribed with runes that being death. I understand not their workings and speaking to a gunner is a nothing speech for their ears are a'waded full for the mighty noise. It is a work not for a sane Dwarf in my mind. I have seen the bombards at work and their work is bloody ruin upon the foe like the great club of a War Troll brought down upon them without being seen in the swing.
This code contains three different 25mm/28mm white metal miniatures approx 24mm average height with the artillery piece in three parts. Great quality, great choice and great value too.
Poses in this code are as follows:
DH10-01: Dwarf Gunner covering Ears.
DH10-02: Dwarf Gunner with Torch and Instrument.
DH10-03: Dwarf Siege Bombard Kit (body and two wheels)
These miniatures are not supplied with bases and are supplied unpainted. Select your choice from the drop down product menu. Choose from a pack, three packs with a 10% saving applied and single miniatures. Total choice! Assembly is required with some white metal miniatures.
The Alternative Armies classic high fantasy range dates from the period of the early 1990's through to the end of that decade.
