Badger Games is pleased to announce that we have the new RavenClaw Miniatures Blue Dragon.

RavenClaw is a brand new company dedicated to creating fantastic miniatures for fantasy and science fiction gaming. Currently, RavenClaw has a modest range of miniatures and larger kits. However, all of RavenClaw’s lines will expand dramatically in 2018.

The Blue Dragon is a very large resin kit requiring some assembly and moderate modeling skills. The Blue Dragon is the first in what will be a large line of dragons of various types and sizes. RavenClaw plans to release at least 4 more similarly spectacular Dragons just in 2018.

Badger Games LLC has the complete 28mm Outpost Wargames Services line of figures available in the United States.

Outpost Wargames Services is one of first lines of figures sold in the USA by Badger Games. Fantastic ranges of Spanish Conquest of the New World, Highwaymen, Russo-Turkish War and the Pershing Expedition to capture Poncho Villa. And these ranges have many uses outside of their intended periods (our own club has used figures from the Highwaymen range for our Pirate Campaigns, Mexicans from the Pershing Expedition range for the Old West and Russo-Turkish range for Victorian Pulp and even Gothic Horror).

Drantakh Painting Contest

Badger Games is pleased to announce the rerelease of the fantastic Drantakh Sci-Fi range from Regiment Games sculpted by the incredibly talented Mr. Bob Olley. Badger acquired Regiment Games and the Drantakh after they had been out of production for some time. They have been remolded and GREATLY expanded and will continue to expand.

To celebrate this rerelease, Badger is running a painting competition with what we feel is a unique take to it. The contest and rules are described below:

1.) Applicants are asked to contact Badger Games directly at [email protected].

2.) The first 50 contacts will receive the pictured miniature and a Litko base shipped anywhere in the world for free. This miniature and this base must be used to qualify for submission. We consider it a gentleman’s/gentlewoman’s agreement that the miniature will be painted, based and returned for participation in the contest (this is not just a “free Miniature” deal). No Miniatures will be shipped after February 15, 2018.

3.) Miniatures are to be painted and based by the contestants themselves.

4.) The winner will be decided by a blind vote (identity of the painter unknown) by the attendees of Adepticon 2018 in Schammburg, IL (suburban Chicago). All with have equal position in a Plexiglas display case at the Badger Games Booth in the Exhibitor’s Hall at Adepticon and voting will be allowed once per voter/attendee for the entire convention. Number of votes will determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

5.) Miniatures may be delivered directly to our Booth at Adepticon by 11:00 AM opening day (Thursday, March 22, 2018) or alternately must be delivered to us by Thursday, March 15, 2018 via the postal service). Entrant is responsible for postage if required.

6.) All miniatures submitted for judging become the property of Badger Games LLC (that is the gamble of the contest). All entrants who submit a painted and based miniature (must be painted and based) will receive a $10.00 gift card good for use towards the purchase of any Badger Games merchandise.

The Prizes:

1st Place: A $200.00 Badger Games gift card and your painting scheme will be used by our house painters for an entire Drantakh army to be displayed at the 2019 Adepticon.

2nd Place: A $100.00 Badger Games gift card.

3rd Place: A $50.00 Badger Games gift card.

Badger Games is pleased to announce that we carry an extensive collection of Foundry Miniatures here in the US. This means that our US customers can order them from our site or more popularly, find them at your favorite CON (Badger Games attended more than a dozen national, regional and local CONs in 2017 and plans the same schedule in 2018).

Currently we stock Foundry’s Darkest Africa range, Congo rules and boxed sets, Pirates, Old West and the fantastic Foundry paints. We plan to continue to add many of the different and diverse ranges Foundry maintains throughout 2018 and beyond. Pontoonier Miniatures are back and growing!!!

With a much sought after Victorian Colonial range for India sculpted by Paul Hicks, Pontoonier Miniatures have long been a “convention only” range. That has all changed. Badger Games is now selling Pontoonier Miniatures on our website (www.badgergames.com). Pontoonier also makes a wealth of miniatures for games as varied as VSF French on Mars, Post Apocalyptic Future (and Zombies), Barbary Pirates and Old West monstrosities (perfect for the Fantastic Old West Horror games now on the market). The wonderful late 19th Century India range will continue to expand as well as an unbelievable amount of new product for 2018.
