What are they printed on? Fabric? Chipboard? Vinyl?

Yes will work with all hex systems,. made from thick cardboard, we plan over 70 different designs, sea, grass, desert etc, Single sided to start and then later on double sided, also single 100mm hex tiles for rivers and roads etc.
