Milo, Clodius and the Gracchi brothers come to mind. I did once dabble with the idea of a game set in Ancient Egypt with a rioting mob versus Nubian “police” complete with a dog baboon handler section and some Army snatch squads. Alas, like so many of my plans it foundered on the cost and painting time required.
