Here is the article on page 6 and 7, I urge you to go and buy a copy of MW 377 to have a read about the site you are on.
It is after all the users of TWW that will make this the number one gaming community.
That is you lot!
I think that given the site is only really just over a month old, to have over 700 members join in that short space of time says a lot about the need for the site and how people want it to be a success.
I am very pleased.
Thank you all.

700 users is impressive. I’ve got good responses to news items and the banner so far.

Congratulations to Mike, and kudos to Henry at WI for the publicity and the foresight to cover wargame internet activities in his magazine. This is a very positive move for the wargaming hobby.
I sense both of you understand the rewards of a strong and fair editorial philosophy which can only mean a better future for all wargaming, including my favorite, historical miniature wargames.
Thank you!

Henry quite probably, for me, I don’t know about any of that.
I just want to treat people the way I want to be treated.

Even just that much goes an awfully long way. Good press, great site!

@repiqueone
Please note that I am NOT at WI! :D. The mag is Miniature Wargames with Battlegames — and it is my pleasure to throw whatever weight I can behind Mike and Sam’s efforts here. I’m also thinking of us traders too: we’ve needed an alternative to the monopoly of TMP for a log, log time. Competition is a Good Thing.

Henry, my apologies! Should have reread that post before sending! As a past subscriber to Battlegames and a present subscriber to MW and Battlegames, I am doubly embarrassed.
I just hope you’ll accept my compliment and overlook my typo.
All the best.

Bob Jones pops in and gets a “you seem vaguely familiar, sir…” 🙂

The article got me here…which is funny because the website had somehow had slipped beneath my radar…congratulations!

Glad you are here Mark.
It could be because mention of TWW is banned on TMP maybe?
