Anyone have any suggestions for tank models that can be easily converted to VSF tanks? I’m looking to play 6mm, and considered using Dystopian Wars models, but they’re just too small to fly. I’m thinking of converting 15mm tanks to give the sense of landships I’m looking for.

I was looking as maybe the Tog, T28 and 35. Any insight on what tanks work and maybe simple conversion techniques?

    Thanks!

Have you looked at any of the older Games Workshop Imperial Guard and Ork epic scale tanks? They’re a bit OTT in style, but they’ve got that kinda look about them that lends itself to VSF/Steampunk.

I’ve probably go 10mm rather than 15mm for landships in 6mm, and use brass rod/cylinder for funnels.

AB, those are pretty cool 🙂 Jim, the EPIC stuff is awesome, but too small for what I need unfortunately.

T35 from Zvezda, anything with a good number of rivets is a good base.
