New 15mm AWI At Colonel Bills

15mm American War of Independence has been the order of the day at the Depot today. We have uploaded 37 different lots to our eshop including Hessians, Brits and US Continentals & Militia. All these are Minifigs and painted to a basic standard but they are priced accordingly. We suspect from the basing and organisation that their previous General was using them for 'Tricorn' - the American Revolution version of the Command & Colors 'board' game. However we do feel that they would make a good start for anyone who fancies dabbling in the period.

Several 'small' painted ancient armies now available on our eshop. These are 10mm scale and all from the superb Pendraken Miniatures ranges. We have two punic wars armies - Republican Roman and Carthaginian, including 4 lovely elephants; then we also have two Late Roman armies including Cataphracts, Legionaires etc. Of course these could be combined into one decent sized army. Finally we also have 4 new items in the 15mm painted Napoleonic category, all Battle Honors we think - some camel mounted Egypt campaign French troops, some Vistula Legion Polish lancers; and two pro painted cavalry units - Early period French Carabiniers a Cheval in bearskins, and a unit of Mamelukes of the Guard.

A new, and free, downloadable set of skirmish rules for the later Border Reivers period now available in our eshop:
By 1685 the borders between England and Scotland were the most lawless part of either kingdom. National boundaries meant nothing and loyalty was to family first and last. Reiving (raiding or plundering) was an accepted way of life that the authorities, such as they were, could do little to stop; and feuds were commonplace.
This is your chance to enhance your reputation as a Reiver 'Heidsman' and lead your band of hard bitten Borderers in raids to capture hostages or steal livestock. Perhaps you need to extract some revenge by burning a Bastle House, or lead a 'hot trod' to retrieve some stolen cattle. The scenarios are as endless as the mists over the border hills...
Invictus Maneo is set of wargames rules written by Graham Cookson that are designed for games that use 6 - 12 figures per side and last 60 - 90 minutes. New 20mm WW2 At Colonel Bills

Newly uploaded to our eshop are some professionally painted 20mm WW2 German Waffen SS and Soviet Partizans. We have split them up into various product codes but feel sure that they were originally designed as one game. There are some Waffen SS - depicted on horseback and on foot, a horse drawn German supply train, and a Waffen SS HQ group - and to oppose them a set of 12 Soviet Partizans. These figures are beautifully painted in camouflage smocks and we have priced them at approx £2.75 per piece. In addition we have a pro painted Horch sfz15 and crew, and a group of German motorcyclists.
