Say, I just downloaded it (yes, I own a hardcopy but a PDF can be handy to print out sections and make QRS from) but it seems to be asking for a password before you can view it. Anyone else getting that?

Website. I didn’t try the email. I take it you downloaded from the email? And I’m also using Okular, which is probably the source of it all.

Huh. Interesting. A bunch of programs insist it is encrypted, some don’t. It was made using QuarkXPress 6.5 it seems, which came out in 2004. But that might be the original file (although it does say it was modified December 31, 2022).
No worries. Encrypted PDFs really aren’t. But if no one else is having troubles, and most people tend to use Acrobat, then there’s no worries.
