An ACW Rescue Project 15mm

After a few false starts over a decade or so I final got to grips with my ACW project.

Now, it is nearly done. Horse, Foot and Guns for both sides will be appearing on my blog starting with the Union infantry brigades. It might be useful if you want to see how different manufactures ACW figures fit together.

My Union cavalry and artillery are now up on my blog.  The cavalry is from Battle Honours.  The artillery are a mix of QRF and Peter Pig.

The figures are from Battle Honours, QRF and Peter Pig.  There are 3 regiments in the brigade and a supporting artillery battery.

OB fantastic brush work. I do feel your pain. I’ve start ACW in 3mm, 10mm & 25mm (1/72) but only managed to get the 3mm stuff done so far. Been about a decade as well….. Hope they get plenty of games.

Thanks Ian.  Yeah. that’s an interesting experience-the cursed period!  I’m hoping for loads of ACW games with Field of Battle 3.  Maybe even have a go with the campaign system too.

My ACW project is done, at least for the moment. The Confederate infantry are now up on my blog. Ten regiments in all.
