I’ve been after this figure for a long time now. I wanted him to do my little tribute to that great Old West character actor Slim Pickens. One of my all time favourite scenes from a Western is Slim, gut shot and dying, on the riverbank in Sam Peckinpah’s ‘Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid’.
So here’s Sheriff Slim Pickens, still more than a match for any lickered up Cowpoke on a Saturday night, and with enough grit to walk the walk with a mean eyed gunslinger…
"Wot did you do in the war Grandad?"
"I was with Harry... At The Bridge!"
