Sorry to hear that.
This does occur every once in a while for some users.
This solution was mentioned before and as far as I know always seems to work.

Go to the home page.
Log out.
Log in.
Refresh the page.
Go to the forum and post.
If it says you are not logged in, refresh the forum page.
