Too far for me too and I could find much more interesting things to do in London if I wanted to go there. Never actually been but the descriptions of what it is like don’t encourage me to go at all.

York is crowded enough and I find that increasingly difficult to cope with as I age. This year I hardly spent anything there except for pre-orders and a few items I wanted to check out before choosing a particular pack. I don’t do much of what appears to be ‘mainstream’ these days so a large part of a show’s offerings are of no interest for me.

I do like to see some of the modelling done on the display/participation games and chat to people about that but I can do that more comfortably at a smaller, cheaper and less crowded local show.
