Playing 4 linked scenarios from RED BLITZ (east front)

In addition to the stand alone scenarios in Red Blitz (a boardgame), the designer has given us 4 linked games base upon the battles around Minsk 1944.

The idea is that the survivors of one scenario remain in play and reinforcements are brought in for the next scenario. Some are fixed and others are bought from Victory Points earned so far.

I have just had a go at all four battles and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have put up a bit of an observation / replay post up on my blog for anyone interested in this.

I would say that if you are an OST player and have module 1 (eastern front) then Red Blitz should receive your serious consideration before it goes out of print. Designer and company have done well with this module.
