Ya know, I kinda like it. Inventive enough to draw people’s interest (probably both good and bad) but mostly I like that they really do have an interest in the history and do their research and make their dioramas with passion. Choosing to display it as cats doesn’t bother me, would be no different than if it were done up as goblins vs halflings, or Quar or any other types. (In my mind it’s waaaay better than the historical dioramas I saw as a boy visiting England that were made with taxidermized animals! I still find those visuals a little disturbing)
