    much to my wife’s dismay, (You’re too old. etc, etc)

    When I was still at primary school my mother expressed some concern  about the amount of time I spent playing with toy soldiers. My father reassured her it was just a phase. He died three years ago, still waiting for me to grow out of it.

    Wargaming – cheaper than golf and only slightly more addictive than cocaine 🙂 🙂 😀 😀

    I mainly use 20mm from legacy collecting starting out in the 1970s, but I think a smaller scale option is useful like 6mm or 10mm to do company, battalion and larger actions.
